School Assignments
For all school assignments I took the role as the lead gamedesigner and was responsible for the designdocument, as well as aiding at several other tasks such as level design.

  Olympos

The aim was to create an exercise game for Philips, using their latest technology. Philips wanted a strength exercise game, as research has proven that strength exercise is more important than regular cardio training. We had to make it fun. The answer is Olympos, a story driven game in which the player needs to perform exercises in order to get ahead. Phllips was extremely pleased with our prototype.

To play it, you can use the mouse. The game was created around the Philips technology, so the game is much more fun that way. Since that technology is property of Philips, we cannot demonstrate the game with it anymore.

  Grapplon

THQ wanted a Wii game in which physics played a major role. Since at that time there was a lot of hype surrounding the game Super Smash Bros Brawl, it had to be a brawler. Our answer was a game with space physics in which you had to bombard your opponents with meteorites from outer space.

To play this game, you need to have bluetooth connectivity on the PC and the ability to connect Wii remotes. For more information, see the readme.

  Pirates Adventure

This game was an experimental game for a team of 4 people. The aim was to create portfolio material. The game is a sidescrolling action adventure in so called 2.5D. Unfortunately, the core gameplay never materialized, but for us it turned out to be wonderful portfolio material.

When you download the game, the instructions can be found withing the package. To download the player needed to play the game, go to the website of 3Dvia.
